The CrossFit Workout of the Day. Do this at least 3 days a week and pair it with great nutrition and you're on your way. This class is available to any member who has completed CrossFit Foundations or CrossFit Boot Camp.
Open Gym Fridays. You will have a trainer and a WOD but you can arrive at your convenience.
Crossfit BootCamp – At Wasatch Crossfit our 1 month long Boot Camp is how you start off on the right path to reach your goals. Coached by a Crossfit certified trainer and delivered in small group sessions no larger than 4-8 athletes, Boot Camp is designed to get you to your first class with the knowledge you need to be successful. For only $99 you can start out at Wasatch CrossFit and get on the path to achieving your fitness goals.
